When Persecution Continues

In the early stages of the church Satan attacked the church in many ways, especially through persecution.  Even though the first wave of persecution only seemed to make the church stronger, he did not give up.  In this passage we see the second round of persecution brought upon the apostles and the church.  By looking at the different parties revealed in this story of persecution, we can learn many lessons for those times when the enemy may bring continued persecution upon us.
