The Privilege of Presence

In this passage, the Lord declares that He will not go with the Israelites to the Promised Land. He would still provide the blessings of the land and all the would need to possess it, but because of their great sin the must go alone. In seeing the Israelites’ response to the possibility, it ought to teach us much about the blessing and privilege of God’s presence that all believers possess.
