The Importance of Repentance

in this passage we have an illustration of John the Baptist’s ministry being lived out. This illustration is important for us because in it we see the great importance of true repentance for the professing believer and the importance of preaching repentance. In this sermon brother Tracey highlights this importance by looking at both the warnings given by John to make sure those coming for baptism had true repentance and the examples of repentance that he gave.
