The Greatest of These is Love

In these final few verses of chapter 13, the apostle Paul gives his summary and final word on the greatness of love; and his final word is that love never fails. The idea that love is sternal and will always be present contrasted against the temporary things that the Corinthians were pursuing is the dominant theme that runs through this entire passage.
