Imperatives for All Believers

In this closing section of Paul’s first letter to the Corinthians church, he gives them several imperatives or commands as to what they should do or be as Christians. These imperatives, as us usually the case, are not only for the recipients of this letter but are applicable for all believers for all time. In this multi-part sermon, Brother Tracey looks at each of these imperatives and explores how they should be applied to ourselves as current day believers. In this first part, the comment to be on the alert is examined.
